Cancellation and withdrawal from travel
Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival is free of charge.
29 to 20 days before arrival: 20% of the price for bed and breakfast
19 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the price for bed and breakfast
6 days or more before arrival: 80% of the price for bed and breakfast
You should enjoy your trip carefree and have the certainty that everything will run smoothly. Cancellation is unpleasant for you – as it is for us. It would be a shame if a room remained vacant when someone else would have liked to come.
We are very tolerant in this respect, but we have to charge for the cancellation if you cancel at short notice, arrive late or depart early.
To save you this inconvenience, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. This will cover your cancellation costs if you have to interrupt or cancel your vacation due to an unforeseen event.
You can obtain the necessary documents from us when you make your reservation or, even easier, you can obtain information from Europäische Reiseversicherungs AG. There you can calculate your premium online and, if necessary, conclude a contract.
